What does “unlimited botox” include?*
Memberships have an initial term 12 months
What is the required commitment for a membership?
Any membership requires a year long commitment with very few exceptions.
Can I cancel my membership?
After the initial 12 month term, you may cancel your membership at any time with written or electronic notice before your next billing date. Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing cycle in which the cancellation is processed.
Can I pause my membership?
You may freeze your membership for up to a total of 3 months within any 12‑month period; no benefits accrue during a frozen month, and billing will be paused during the freeze. Any freeze or cancellation requests must be made through the office (phone, text, or email) and are not considered complete until you receive confirmation from our team.
