- For at least 24–48 hours, avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, saunas, and hot tubs. Heat may increase swelling or bruising.
- Refrain from heavy workouts for 24 hours to minimize inflammation and bruising.
- No Facial Treatments: Avoid facials, chemical peels, or microneedling in the treated area for 2 weeks post-injection.
